Adsorbed Natural Gas
Group 12-20
1. Specific Surface Area (SSA):
The total surface area of a material per unit mass, solid or bulk volume, or cross-sectional area. It is an important criterion of adsorption efficiency of adsorbents.
2. Hydrophilicity:
The tendency to interact with or be dissolved by water and other polar substances (solvents).
3. Plasticity:
The propensity of a material to undergo permanent deformation under load.
4. Organic Ligand:
A molecule that can bind to, and form a stable complex with the metal clusters within a MOF structure.
